The tendering of bids of the Xiaoyang Ecological Circular Agriculture Project – Facility Greenhouse Construction Project was recently completed.
It took place at the public resources trading center in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone, located in Taizhou's Jiangyan district, in East China's Jiangsu province.
The project marked the successful implementation of online processes, eliminating the need for physical bids and on-site participation.
Under the guidance of the Jiangyan administrative approval bureau and the Jiangyan public resource trading center, the trading center launched its "non-face-to-face bid opening" mode for projects below a certain financial limit in the district.

The shift to streamlined processes is said to have improved efficiency and ensured a fair and transparent market environment. It also addressed the challenges of limited staff and space in the department.
By reducing human intervention, streamlined processes are also said to curb falsification, secret operations and collusion in bidding, promoting a more transparent market environment.
The adoption of "internet + public resource trading" is seen as an important step in deepening administrative approval reforms and optimizing the business environment.
Moving forwards, plans are for the development zone to focus on developing a standardized and efficient trading center, aiming to contribute to the high-quality development of the public resource trading field.
