A series of activities promoting campus fire safety was held at the Jiangyan Fine Arts School recently, to raise awareness among teachers and students.
The school is located in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone in the Jiangyan district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province.
The events kicked off with a lecture, teaching students about alarms, escape techniques, home hazards and how fires started.

The interactive session engaged students in fire safety knowledge. An evacuation drill followed, demonstrating the school's effective procedures and improving the emergency response capabilities of the participants.

Students also had hands-on experience, donning firefighting gear and using water guns to extinguish fires. A visit to a fire engine gave them a true sense of what firefighting is like.
