A training course was held in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone – located in the Jiangyan district of Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province – to accelerate the pilot work for the city's first online public works and land tender bidding system to operate below the district level.

The aim of the training was to promote the zone's public resources trading center and to educate tender agents about the bidding procedures, laws and regulations.
A total of 23 tender agents participated in the training, which focused on the important links in the bidding process and the operation of the online bidding system. The training aimed to improve the quality of service and business levels of intermediary institutions, to ensure a fair and efficient bidding process for future projects.
The online bidding platform of the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone Public Resources Trading Center is currently in the debugging stage and is expected to be operational soon.
The platform is expected to provide a centralized and efficient system for open bids, promoting transparency and fairness in the bidding process.
