The reduction of declarations materials is said to have reached over 60 percent since the initiatives were introduced, while the processing time for project approvals has been compressed to 30 working days.
Moreover, the district has also changed its working style to promote development – implementing flexible law enforcement measures and reducing fines by 949,000 yuan ($131,708).
Consultation-style inspections have been conducted for enterprises and a publicity campaign was launched to inform businesses about policies.
To top it off, a new platform named "Yanshanghui" was introduced, to provide real-time updates on policies and to streamline online declarations.
Yin Yujun, head of JinenU Solar, a manufacturer based in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone in the district, praised the efficient support.
Yin added that Jiangyan had provided timely services and valuable assistance, by facilitating coordination and ensuring swift problem resolutions.
