Tang Ciming, a partner in global consultancy PwC's comprehensive business consulting unit, and his delegation visited the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone in Jiangyan district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province, on July 12 to seek cooperation.
Wang Rongming, Party secretary of the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone, warmly welcomed the delegation and introduced a detailed description of the zone's industrial situation.
Wang expressed the hope that PwC's resources and brand influence could be leveraged to deepen cooperation in project attraction, talent training, and industrial layout.
Tang acknowledged the zone's professional service team, personalized preferential policies, and favorable business environment.
Tang added that PwC is willing to explore cooperation paths with the zone. Going further, Tang stated that PwC will utilize its own resources to empower and accelerate the development of the park's industrial chain.
At a symposium that was held during the visit, the two sides discussed industrial development, investment promotion, talent training, resource sharing, and the zone's business environment.
Prior to the discussion, Kong Wei, deputy secretary of the Party working committee and director of the development zone's management committee, accompanied Tang and the delegation on a visit to several of the zone's representative enterprises in leading industries.
