Home of Talent is a dynamic area in the Human Resources Industrial Park in Jiangyan Economic Development Zone.
Established in 2022, it aims to resolve difficult problems in implementing talent-related projects, provide one-stop services for innovation and entrepreneurship, and organize colorful activities for staff members in the zone.

After its launch, the average handling time of talent-related projects was shortened from one year to just two months. It also integrated 32 service resources in the zone such as entrepreneurial and living services.
