Sanshui Mushroom – a local brand that emerged in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone in Jiangyan district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – was recently promoted to Nanjing-based Wellborn Catering.

Shen Haifeng, Party secretary of the working committee of Sanshui street, was invited to lead a team to seek cooperation with Nanjing Wellborn Catering Investment Management Development Co Ltd on Feb 28.
Shen made a detailed introduction to Jiangyan's high-quality agricultural products and said the exchanges laid a new foundation for the sales of local produce.
Founded in 2004, Wellborn Catering undertakes the full custodial service of canteens for various organizations, enterprises and public institutions.

Sanshui street in Jiangyan district spared no efforts to cultivate this local brand last year. A variety of attractive packaging and a whole industrial chain has been developed to boost its development. Moreover, Sanshui Mushroom won national recognition last year.
After more than 30 years of development, mushroom cultivation in the Jiangyan Economic Development Zone now covers 1,500 mu (100 hectares), involving more than 200 professional growers.
The zone has become the largest mushroom production center in the province, with annual sales topping 150 million yuan ($22.12 million).
