The county-level city of Taixing – administered by Taizhou city in East China's Jiangsu province – will undertake active moves to promote the transformation and upgrading of its towns that are highly developed in their economies.
That's according to a support policy released recently, which was compiled in combination with the needs of Huangqiao town and Hongqiao town.

Under to the terms of the policy, it will grant corresponding economic and social management authority and simplify procedures in approvals and in the filing of village planning results.
It will also highlight development needs and increase support in the construction of projects, industrial development, public services, the supply of new construction land, infrastructure construction, rural revitalization and in other areas.
A total of 19 areas of policy are included, involving 12 departments – such as the development and reform department, the department of industry and information technology, the finance department and the natural resource planning department.
