A female employee and two collectives in the Hailing Industrial Park – in the Hailing district of Taizhou city, in East China's Jiangsu province – received honors recently due to their outstanding moves to safeguard the legitimate rights of women staff.
JiangSu Jinwu New Material Co Ltd General Manager Wang Haiying has over 20 years' experience in research and development in new materials, with over 10 years of R&D in titanium alloy materials.
She has led her team to develop unique powder preparations technology, breaking the bottleneck of a foreign monopoly in technologies and equipment in this field of materials.
With the help of her efforts, the company is said to have achieved an average sales growth rate of 40 percent for three consecutive years – and it also received national high-tech enterprise certification in 2022.

Elsewhere in Hailing, Jiangsu Yunyong Electronics and Technology Co Ltd is currently home to 170 employees, with 65 female employees. In recent years, it has encouraged women to shine in their positions.
It has made many visits to universities to offer entrepreneurship guidance services and to popularize employment policies with students.
At the start of 2022, nearly 30 unemployed graduates from Taizhou University came to the company for internships and the company ultimately employed over 20 female students.
Then there is Taizhou Huigangwang E-commerce Co Ltd's general management department.
The department includes five employees and three of them are female. The staff members are widely said to be dedicated to the company's development. In 2021, the company was designated as a demonstration platform for industrial e-commerce development in Jiangsu province.
