A policy promotions activity and recruitment fair was recently held in the Baodai community of Taizhou's Hailing district – in East China's Jiangsu province – in a bid to provide recruitment services for locals.
The event set up a hiring zone, training registration zone and two others for employment assistance and young talent recruitment – offering more than 1,000 job positions, 800 free training slots and 435 public welfare positions.
To optimize its public recruitment service system, Hailing has upgraded its original volunteer service station and has added employment and entrepreneurship services.
Currently, the employment service station is equipped with two staff members and with a news release section, presenting the latest on job information and employment talent policies.

The employment service station is set in Hailing's core business area, which can quickly contact 479 surrounding merchants and serve more than 20,000 residents – introduced by the Hailing Human Resource and Social Security Bureau.
Moving forwards, plans are for the bureau to continue to expand the employment service and strengthen the standardization, precision and level of digitalization of the stations.
