The Yangtze River Delta (Deqing) Embodied Intelligence Data Collection Training Ground was put into use on March 5 in Deqing county, Huzhou, Zhejiang Province.

This facility, crucial for advancing AI services, covers 8,000 square meters, with 3,000 square meters completed in the initial phase. It accurately replicates various real-world environments.

At the site, robots were seen practicing tasks such as sorting and transporting items in a simulated workshop, making coffee in a simulated cafe, and organizing items in a simulated living room. Sensors equipped with robots gather visual, depth, and force data, which is annotated for repeated practice and real-world validation.

Developed by Zhejiang Wuwen Zhixing Technology, in partnership with Zhejiang University and over 30 AI companies such as Deep Robotics and Horizon Robotics, the training ground is set to become a leading platform in East China for embodied intelligence robot training and innovation.

The training ground is also home to the industry's first physical AI data platform, which offers standardized data support for AI applications in robotics, smart manufacturing, and urban governance.

By 2026, the facility is expected to collect over 10 million data entries annually and expand its capabilities further.
