The WEDZ has established itself as a world-class automobile industrial cluster. It boasts eight complete vehicle companies and 13 production plants, and is seeking new breakthroughs on an industrial scale in such areas as industry supply chains, technological innovation, the automobile service industry, and more fields.
Wuhan Superconductor Intelligent Equipment Technology Co announced the successful completion of a seed funding round totaling nearly 100 million yuan ($14.79 million) on July 28.
WEDZ has also launched a 39-billion-yuan industrial fund, attracting substantial investments and driving innovation across the semiconductor supply chain.
The DF30 chip, developed by Binary Semiconductor Co in Wuhan's Optics Valley, will undergo testing in Turpan, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, next month.
