Huangpu Government Service Large Model Intelligent Agent goes live

Based on the Stream Jiuzhou Large Model, this intelligent agent covers 37 departments across the district, encompassing over 2,000 government service items, policies, and regulations. The AI guide is available 24/7, with an intent recognition accuracy rate of 95 percent, allowing the public to enjoy convenient services at any time through various channels.

The Stream Jiuzhou Large Model is the first government service-oriented large in Guangzhou to have passed the national generative artificial intelligence service filing. The Huangpu Government Service Large Model Intelligent Agent possesses deep thinking capabilities and multiple practical functions, such as service guidance and one-click appointments.

It draws on nearly 25 years of experience in government services. It has undergone extensive training in government knowledge and risk control, making its capabilities equivalent to those of an experienced AI guide. It realizes the integration of inquiry, appointment, and processing.

In addition, this intelligent agent has established a mechanism for accumulating government knowledge for the first time, tapping into the value of government information and promoting the transformation of government services from capable of handling to intelligent handling. Regarding information security, it adopts a domestically produced RISC-V open-source instruction set architecture to build a secure closed loop.
