Recently, the Tsinghua University Alumni Association in Guangzhou established the Aerospace and Intelligent Manufacturing Professional Committee at EHang Intelligent Future City in Guangzhou High-Tech Zone.
Concurrently, the Low-Altitude Economy: Tsinghua Alumni Greater Bay Area Forum was held, attracting nearly 200 Tsinghua alumni and guests.
This professional committee is the first aerospace and aviation professional committee in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, aiming to promote the integration of industry, academia, and research in aerospace, aviation, and intelligent manufacturing and enhance the industrial chain of the low-altitude economy.

EHang Intelligent was elected as the chairman unit, and its independently developed EH216-S unmanned passenger-carrying aircraft has obtained the world's first three major airworthiness certificates. In 2024, a total of 216 passenger-carrying eVTOL aircraft were delivered, achieving profitability.
Currently, Guangzhou High-Tech Zone has gathered more than 50 low-altitude economic enterprises with an annual output value of approximately 13 billion yuan ($1.78 billion). The future of the low-altitude economy is poised to "take off" with momentum.
