Huangpu's key projects enter busy spring mode

Since the beginning of the year, Huangpu's various key projects have swiftly entered their spring bustle mode.

The Vanke Shabu Reconstruction Commercial Lot 3 project is in the Shabu Community of Nangang Street. The project covers an area of approximately 30,000 square meters and encompasses a 200-meter-tall super high-rise Grade A office building, a large commercial complex, and a three-story underground space system. Currently, 97 percent of the overall installation progress for this project has been completed.

The Yuzhu Old Town Renovation and Reconstruction Project is located in the core starting area of the Huangpu Lingang Economic Zone. It will promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries towards a digital economy, headquarters of advanced manufacturing, and modern producer services. The project is expected to be completed by the end of August.

The Phase II project of Lingnan Hospital of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University is in Guangzhou Science City. The main buildings, which have a construction scale of 200,000 sq m and 900 beds, have been completed, and they are planned to be put into use this year.

The Guangzhou Knowledge City Super Neighborhood Center project aims to create a sports, culture, and commercial complex. The basement topping-out is expected to be completed by the end of February.

Huangpu's key projects are accelerating, injecting new vitality into regional economic development.
