Golden rape flower fields bloom in Huangpu

As the spring breeze brings warmth, the golden rape flower fields of Academicians' Port in Changzhou Island have arrived as scheduled, blooming into a golden sea, creating a poetic and picturesque scene in the spring.

This vast field of 100 mu (6.67 hectares) flowers is open to the public for free and easily accessible by subway, becoming a popular destination for photography enthusiasts and tourists. During the flower viewing season, the blossoms will continue to bloom gradually, expected to last about a month.

Changzhou Island also boasts rich historical and cultural resources. Visitors can visit the Whampoa Military Academy to experience the revolutionary spirit or watch the large-scale light and shadow stage drama Whampoa! Whampoa! in the Whampoa Military Academy-themed cultural and tourist street area, which traces the academy's 100-year history.
