Huangpu selected as provincial-level typical case

The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Guangdong Province recently released the "Collection of Typical Cases of Manufacturing Digital Transformation in Guangdong Province". As the sole representative of Guangzhou city, Huangpu district has been selected as a typical case for "Local Government Promoting Manufacturing Digital Transformation".

Huangpu adheres to the principle of manufacturing leading the way, focusing on the deep integration of next-generation information technology and manufacturing to create multiple industrial clusters with outputs reaching hundreds of billions and tens of billions.

To promote enterprise digital transformation, Huangpu district has introduced multiple special policies and established a dedicated team for digital transformation work. They have also set up an enterprise digital transformation promotion center, conducted assessments and diagnostics, nurtured key platforms, accelerated the transformation of small and medium enterprises, and strengthened supply-demand connections.

Currently, Huangpu has completed digital transformation diagnostics for 424 industrial enterprises above designated size (main business revenue above $2.74 million), cultivated 41 key platform enterprises empowered by the "Four Modernizations" in Guangzhou, and established several national-level industrial Internet pilot demonstration projects with significant demonstration effects.

Furthermore, Huangpu organizes policy briefings, supply-demand matching activities, and other initiatives to effectively support and assist enterprises, facilitating the implementation of contracts and market expansion for a group of businesses.
