Companies from Huangpu selected for model project

Recently, Guangzhou announced the construction of units for the Vocational Education and Skill Evaluation Ecological Zone Model Project.

This project serves as a demonstration project for Guangzhou's development of the Vocational Education and Skill Evaluation Ecological Chain. It is crucial to accelerate the construction of a skill-oriented society in Huangpu district.

Among the selected enterprises in Huangpu are Apollo Intelligent Transportation (Guangzhou), Guangdong Tipdm Intelligent Technology, and Guangzhou Fantechs Computer.

In recent years, Huangpu has been dedicated to building a thriving ecosystem for nurturing skilled talents. Currently, the district's total number of skilled talents is approximately 380,000, accounting for 41.6 percent of the total employed population, with around 150,000 high-skilled talents representing 39.7 percent of the skilled talent pool.

Huangpu promotes training skilled talents through various measures, including formulating policy measures, conducting subsidized vocational skills training, integrating high-quality educational resources, and implementing innovative apprenticeship training programs in enterprises.
