Major projects in GDD reach topping-out milestone

Recently, a batch of major projects in the Guangzhou Development District (GDD) have reached their topping-out stage.

The main structure of the Supervisory Housing and Supporting Facilities Construction Project in the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City Comprehensive Bonded Zone has been fully topped out. As an essential part of the zone's construction, this project is anticipated to enhance infrastructure development, drive industrial growth, establish platforms for production, logistics, and trade exhibitions, and promote international trade development.

The primary structure of the Phoenix Valley Returned Scholars Center project has reached a completion stage. Situated in Guangzhou Knowledge City, this center is set to focus on the biopharmaceutical and intellectual property sectors upon its completion. It is designed to attract leading international and domestic think tanks, as well as health management institutions, positioning itself to draw high-level talent.
