It focuses on the historical and cultural resources of the Boluodan Temple and the Fuxu Canal to create a window for the Maritime Silk Road culture and innovative exchanges, integrating functions such as leisure tourism, commercial technology, and attractive residential areas.
The project enhances transportation capacity, optimizes the transportation structure connecting Miaotou, Xiayuan, and Nanwan villages, adds six new roads, optimizes 11 road alignments, and widens two roads.
Continuing the north-south axis of "Longtou Mountain-Boluodan Temple-Pearl River" with intertwined blue and green spaces, the project reserves space for tourism-related services, creating a new cultural landmark in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The project aligns with the optimization and adjustment plan of the water system control line in Huangpu, revitalizing the water system and creating a Lingnan-style canal waterway featuring waterfront pocket parks, cruise terminals, and other recreational areas along the route.
Improving public service levels, the project plans to set up 119 public service facilities covering education, healthcare, elderly care, culture, sports, and fire services.
