Comprehensive Cultural Station opens on Nangang Sub-district

The Nangang Sub-district Cultural Station located at No 1 Zhaochang Road opened recently, including the Huangpu Library Nangang Branch and the Huangpu Cultural Center Nangang Branch.

The Nangang branch aims to provide a comprehensive cultural space for readers to engage in reading, learning, and leisure activities. The library is equipped with advanced amenities such as self-service terminals for borrowing and returning books, access control systems, wireless networks, and multimedia training systems, offering city-wide book borrowing and return services.

With a total area of over 2,200 square meters, the cultural station houses a library, an intangible cultural heritage museum, a cultural lecture hall, and more than 20 areas of various functions including multi-purpose activity rooms and dance rehearsal spaces.

The new library, designed with a scientific layout, fosters a rich and studious atmosphere, with the introduction of various convenient facilities enhancing the lives of residents and catering to diverse needs.

The Nangang branch collaborates closely with the Huangpu Library, regularly organizing various reading promotion activities such as book-sharing sessions, parent-child reading events, and literary lectures, enriching the reading lives of residents in the district.
