Huangpu plans to enhance farmland standards, restore the ecosystem, and build a 1,000-mu (66.67-hectares) agricultural park to modernize agriculture, mainly focusing on green rice cultivation and agricultural technology research.
Regarding industrial development, the Lingtou area is poised to capitalize on its resources, such as vast tea gardens and rice fields, to promote leisure agriculture and cultural tourism, building brands like "Huangpu Red" and "Huangpu Fragrance". This is expected to foster the integration of agriculture and tourism. The area also develops a rural complex combining modern agriculture, leisure tourism, and resort functions, creating a diverse industrial model.
The Lingtou area is set to improve its water systems, develop water-based ecological activities, and enhance transportation and public service infrastructure to boost tourism capacity. The area is poised to protect and utilize historical and cultural heritage, such as the Shuanggui Temple, enriching community cultural activities.
Looking ahead, Lingtou anticipates focusing on ecological value transformation, creating a high-quality eco-area that integrates leisure, wellness, and cultural experiences.
