The main tower of the Zhihui Tower project at the Sino-Singapore Science, Culture, and Art Center has recently been topped out, marking a new landmark in the Sino-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City.
Located by Kowloon Lake, the Zhihui Tower features design elements from Guangzhou's kapok flower and Singapore's orchid. The project covers about 14,300 square meters with a total construction area of approximately 134,000 sq m, including two towers, a commercial podium, and an underground parking garage.

The high tower is around 192 meters tall with 41 floors, designated as a super Grade A office building. It focuses on high-tech industries like intelligent manufacturing and AI, aiming to host regional headquarters for multinational companies and develop the Guangdong-Macao Universities Knowledge City Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance and a joint incubator.
The low tower, about 112 meters tall with 23 floors, was topped out in July and is set to house Guangzhou's first Banyan Tree Hotel, boosting the high-end service facilities around Kowloon Lake.
The project adheres to the three-star standard of green buildings, utilizing BIM+ simulation and green technologies to optimize lighting and thermal-humidity environments. Features include perforated aluminum panels with Lingnan window patterns, thermal bridge interruption structures, and intelligent lighting control systems to enhance energy efficiency and reduce consumption.
The completion of the Zhihui Tower project is expected to invigorate the Kowloon Lake area, promoting high-quality regional development.
