2024 Guangzhou AI Industry Ecology Competition held in Huangpu

Recently, the 13th China Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (Guangdong·Guangzhou Division) and the 2024 Guangzhou Artificial Intelligence (AI) Industry Ecology Competition were held in Huangpu district.

The industry competition aimed to discover and nurture technology companies with innovative capabilities and high growth potential, attracting participation from nearly 150 enterprises in the field of AI.

Participating companies covered various segments and hot tracks in the AI industry, including large AI models, intelligent robots, smart healthcare, and smart agriculture. After the evaluations, 100 companies advanced to the finals.

An expert judging panel comprehensively evaluated the companies from multiple perspectives, selecting 20 winners in the growth category and 10 in the startup category who are set to advance to the grand finals.

Currently, Huangpu is developing in areas such as computing power and large models, promoting the construction of intelligent computing centers and facilitating the implementation of large models, injecting new vitality into the AI industry. This year, Huangpu released a list of AI-enabled new industrial application scenarios that drive the local application of new technologies.

The hosting of this competition not only showcased Huangpu's innovation capabilities and development potential but also propelled the high-quality development of the AI industry.
