Recently, the new Huangpu Innovation Demonstration Base project in Fengle North, Guangzhou, has reached its full topping-out stage, entering the phase of equipment installation and the refinement of supporting facilities.
Located in the Guangzhou Maritime Silk Road City, the project covers a total construction area of approximately 60,000 square meters, including research and development office buildings, industrial premises, urban roads, and green spaces.

The new base is anticipated to be completed by early 2025, aiming to establish an internationally top-tier modern service platform for innovation industries and a new hub for scientific and technological innovation industries.
The project is set to become an extension zone of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's technology innovation corridor, supporting the Guangzhou Development Zone and the entire Greater Bay Area in achieving high-quality development in the digital economy.
