These discussions culminated in agreements concerning various avenues for collaboration.
Huangpu district is among the key areas for South Korean investment in Guangdong province, with 153 South Korean-funded enterprises currently present, covering new displays, new energy, beauty, and high-end equipment, with a total investment exceeding $10 billion.
Last year, China and South Korea jointly established the Sino-South Korean (Guangzhou) Cultural Industry Demonstration Park. They held the first "Design South Korea 2024" industrial design special investment promotion event, promoting exchanges and cooperation in industrial design between China and South Korea.
In the future, both sides will continue to deepen cultural industry exchanges, expand cooperation areas, and promote the flourishing development of multiculturalism in Huangpu district.
