Achievements made in governance of Huangpu Dasha Street

Dasha Street, located in Huangpu district, is an important thoroughfare for road traffic, undergoing renovation since last year.

Last year, Dasha Street carried out a comprehensive landscape upgrade along Fengle North Road to Kefeng Road, covering a total area of approximately 15,340 square meters, involving the renovation of sidewalks, non-motorized vehicle lanes, and greenery enhancements.

This upgrade used public spaces and riverside paths, optimizing parking for non-motorized vehicles and traffic flow, creating a more pleasant travel environment for residents. Dasha Street has a winding 150-meter garden path connecting Yiyuan Primary School North Campus and the Third Youth Palace of Guangzhou, becoming the "most beautiful way to school".

The transformation also includes upgrading green belts along Fengle North Road and constructing pocket parks, providing more recreational and entertainment venues, enhancing the district's image and residents' travel comfort.

Elevators have been installed in Dasha Street, addressing the inconvenience for elderly residents and providing better living conditions for the community. Also, the Community Health Service Center provides residents with medical services from tertiary hospitals.

Dasha Street continues to optimize its business environment, attracting new productive enterprises to settle in, such as Ehang Intelligent Equipment (Guangzhou) Company, showcasing unmanned passenger aerial vehicles. This has provided more employment opportunities for residents.
