New business landmark rises in Guangzhou Knowledge City

Located in the New Long Area, the sub-center of the Knowledge City, Fortune Plaza, the first landmark mall of this region, has been won by the Guangzhou Knowledge City Agricultural Development Group, marking a new chapter in the commercial development of Huangpu district.

Fortune Plaza is a benchmark project in collaboration between the Knowledge City Agricultural Development Group and the Zhenlong Village Economic Cooperative, and it is one of the key projects being promoted in Huangpu.

The project covers an area of 27,000 square meters with a total construction area of 72,000 sq m. The commercial area is approximately 20,000 sq m, while the hotel apartment area is around 35,000 sq m. The project includes approximately 408 planned parking spaces, including 120 electric vehicle charging stations.

Fortune Plaza boasts a prime location in the core area of Zhenlong town, offering convenient transportation with proximity to subway stations and highways. Surrounded by a large population, the plaza holds immense consumer potential. The project is surrounded by large communities, higher education institutions, and hospitals, adding significant value to the commercial area.

The project features a diverse mix of businesses, including dining, retail, leisure, entertainment, and apartment hotels operating 24 hours a day.

Drawing inspiration from international business concepts, the project creates an all-weather, open-dimensional commercial space through architectural designs such as a central square, skywalks, large terraces, and rooftop gardens.
