The Guangkai Yunling Technology City project on Yunpu Street, Kaichuang Avenue, has made substantial construction progress. Four plots are nearing completion of the underground main structure, while the construction of Building 10 has progressed to the phase of fine decoration construction.

With an investment exceeding 1 billion yuan ($141.56 million), this park is poised to become a pivotal hub for digital trade in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, fostering a strategic industrial cluster for green chemical new materials.
Moreover, the Get Space (Phase II) project above Xiangxue Station of Metro Line 6 in Guangzhou Huangpu Science City has completed its primary structure. This development promises to revamp the science city's commercial landscape, introduce new consumer formats, and catalyze high-quality regional economic growth.
Additionally, the Yuekai Asset Management Building project in the Yuzhu area is progressing, with an estimated construction area of 100,000 square meters. This industrial complex is set to attract high-end elements like the digital economy, technology finance, and shipping services, bolstering the district's overall competitiveness.
