REITs are standardized financial products that raise funds from investors through income certificate issuances to invest in real estate – distributing the majority of generated income to investors.
E Fund GDD Industrial Park REIT aims to deepen the structural reform of the financial supply-side and strengthen the capital market's ability to serve the real economy.
As Guangzhou's first industrial park REITs platform, the project is said to achieve the core goal of the "14th Five-Year Plan" strategic planning for the technology park segment within the "Finance-Technology-Park" tripartite industry – enhancing the park's core competitiveness.
Moving forward, plans are for GDD to utilize pre-REIT funds as a crucial strategic measure to optimize asset allocation, stimulate market vitality and expand the scale of the REITs industry.
By constructing a new ecosystem for the "Finance-Technology-Park-Industry", the initiative aims to revitalize existing assets, empower technological innovation and drive the capital market to better serve the development of the real economy.
