High-end commercial complex set to open in Huangpu

The All Win Mall located in the core area of Guangzhou Science City recently topped off in Huangpu district.

This new high-end commercial complex is positioned as a business art park for young people and will open in the near future. The project enjoys a prime location next to the Civic Square and Baoneng Guangzhou Arena.

The All Win Mall is intended to become a new landmark for business and culture in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area as well as a must-visit spot for young artists and visitors nationwide. It is expected to enhance the integration of business, culture, tourism, and sports in the Baoneng Performing Arts Center-Zhitai Square area as well as the high-quality commercial development of Huangpu district and Guangzhou as a whole.

The commercial complex is designed with three ground floors of commercial spaces, with the basement floor directly connected to the Luogang Metro Station, creating a vibrant hub for young people, linking to the Baoneng Guangzhou Arena, and establishing a sanctuary for art and culture.

The first floor features three entrances, on the east, south, and west sides, connecting with the Baoneng Guangzhou Arena and creating a center of music and fashion.

The corridors on the third floor lead directly to the Civic Square, creating a new commercial area where people, art, and nature blend seamlessly.
