Guangzhou Development District (GDD) Investment Group and Poly Tourism Group recently held a ceremony for the signing of the operational contract of West Zone Red Wine Culture Street, aiming to set a new commercial benchmark for Guangzhou Maritime Silk Road City.
West Zone Red Wine Culture Street is located within the Guangzhou Free Trade Zone, with a total length of approximately 1 kilometer and a building area of about 70,000 square meters. The street will combine red wine culture, antique piano culture, and the ancient Fuxu Canal Maritime Silk Road culture.
The project will introduce the Music Industry Promotion Committee to create the Maritime Silk International Music Technology Port, as well as introduce cross-border e-commerce experiential stores, diverse dining brands, and more to build a unique industrial community.

Furthermore, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Science and Technology Innovation Industrial Park, jointly developed by China Railway Construction Engineering Group and Guangzhou Science City Group, was held in Huangpu. With a total building area of approximately 439,000 square meters, the park will serve as a world-class scientific research reception hall, an innovative platform, a shared garden of modern Lingnan, and a green, low-carbon energy-saving park.
Led by Chinese Academy of Engineering academician and national survey and design master He Jingtang, the park's design team will focus on implementing cutting-edge technology.

Additionally, GDD Fund Group and Modern Energy Group signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement to cooperate in areas such as industrial funds, energy management, and financial industry, injecting new impetus into the district's development.
