By combining comprehensive development with rail transit and the headquarters of science and technology enterprises, it will serve as a key support base for technological innovation in the region.
It will introduce 35 new public service facilities, including schools, kindergartens, nurseries, community health service stations, and party service centers, enhancing the level of infrastructure and public services.
The project also integrates the Maritime Silk Road cultural matrix, continuing the cultural heritage of Lingnan villages, by constructing facilities such as dragon boat docks and waterfront theaters to provide public spaces for intangible cultural heritage activities, creating a modern and vibrant cultural zone.
The implementation of this project will bring new vitality and energy to the beautiful Zhujiang village, showcasing the unique charm of Lingnan culture.
