The cultural center covers an area of approximately 10,000 square meters, with planned areas for art training, art exhibitions, art exchange, auxiliary functions, and a small theater. Inside, there are exhibition halls, rehearsal rooms, lecture halls, calligraphy and painting studios, master studios, and recording studios.

Once completed, the cultural center will enrich the cultural experiences of the public, offering a more diverse and contemporary cultural life. Furthermore, this year, Huangpu has accelerated the development of Maritime Silk Road City by prioritizing urban village renovation projects, improving basic living infrastructure, and elevating the overall quality of life to support industrial growth and meet residential demands.

The Maritime Silk Road City is poised to become an area that integrates culture, commerce, tourism, and industry, enhancing the city's allure and attracting more attention and investment, showcasing immense development potential.
