Starting April 23, passengers traveling through selected Guangdong intercity railway stations will enjoy seamless transfers to national railway services without the hassle of additional security checks. This development will significantly streamline transfer processes, reducing travel time for commuters.
To achieve this, four key stations—Foshan West Station, Zhaoqing Station, Dongguan West Station, and Huadu Station—will implement mutual security check recognition with national railways. Passengers will no longer need to exit the station to change trains, enhancing convenience and efficiency.

The initiative, spearheaded by Guangdong intercity railways, marks a crucial step towards the integration and development of rail transit networks. With the upcoming opening of lines like the Foshan-Dongguan intercity railway, transportation across Guangdong will become more accessible, facilitating cross-city travel for residents.
