Huangpu district's bureau of human resources and social security partnered with 31 leading companies to hold a campus recruitment event at the University of South China on Sept 23.
The fair drew a significant turnout, with 1,240 students participating. Of the attendees, 486 secured potential job offers or were hired on the spot. Notably, many companies expressed satisfaction with the quality of candidates they encountered.
To optimize the recruitment process and attract top talents, the bureau undertook various measures, such as meticulous planning, close collaboration with universities, and a combination of online and offline promotional efforts.
This year alone, the bureau has organized recruitment drives at 36 universities across Guangzhou and other provinces, attracting nearly 10,000 resumes. These initiatives aim to bolster Huangpu's economic growth by ensuring a seamless integration of industry and talent.
