Guangzhou targets Huangpu district for business environment reform plan

On Aug 10, Guangzhou launched its "Action Plan for Building a World-Class Benchmarking Business Environment to Boost High-Quality Industrial Development," also known as the Business Environment 6.0 Reform Plan. 

This new initiative will focus predominantly on Huangpu district and will emphasize the development of modern industrial clusters. It will also enhance the protection of manufacturing land, reduce the cost of electricity for enterprises, and improve government service efficiency.

Huangpu will continue to spearhead innovation and reforms across all of Guangdong's business environments. It will also take this as an opportunity to empower small and medium-sized enterprises in a designated innovation demonstration area. 

This reform is expected to significantly foster high-quality industrial development in Guangzhou and contribute valuable experience to the ongoing transformation of business environments across Guangdong and the nation as a whole.
