Recently, Huangpu district of Guangzhou has been pressing forward with the construction of its projects, with a series of major initiatives reaching key stages. These advancements demonstrate the rapid growth and enormous potential of the district.
One such project, the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) Square, located in the heart of the south starting area of CSGKC, has an estimated total investment of 9.1 billion yuan ($1.41 billion) and covers a total building area of around 780,000 square meters. The first and second phases of the project were completed in March and April this year, respectively, while the project's third and fourth phases are making steady progress.
Another critical project is the CSGKC Industry Cluster Service Center, which is situated in the north starting area of CSGKC. With a total investment of about 44.94 billion yuan, this center is expected to be completed by 2025.
Moreover, other projects like the first phase of the CSGKC Wealth Square are also being developed, with construction running smoothly.
Huangpu will continue to accelerate the construction of these significant projects, revealing the district's prosperous development.
