Since the beginning of this year, Guangzhou Development District has planned and promoted the construction of major projects, further boosting economic growth.
The Greater Bay Area International Innovation Center project is located in the Huangpu Port Economic Zone. On April 28, the project started construction.
The project plans to build six buildings, with a stepwise increase in building height from 100 to 250 meters. The project covers Grade A office buildings, high-end hotels, luxury apartments, and innovative commercial blocks. It will be built into a new landmark in Huangpu.
The second phase project of China Nano Valley is located in the China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City. The project is expected to be completed by the end of June this year.
The project is based on the nano innovation industry cluster in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and aims to build an efficient organizational structure, industrial chain, and service cluster to improve operational efficiency. It also aims to create a high-end technology industrial park that will integrate policy incentives, industries, and talents.
