Huangpu to unveil 17 prime land areas

Guangzhou's Huangpu district will launch 17 prime plots of land, including residential and commercial areas at the city's high-quality development symposium and land promotion conference on June 12, aiming to attract investment from various industries and enterprises. 

This activity is set to be a major step forwards in Huangpu's initiative to create a new space for high-quality development in its national development zones. At this conference, Huangpu will discuss future development opportunities with numerous industry experts. 

With a young population and a high level of education, Huangpu ranks the second in terms of comprehensive strength among the country's national development zones, attracting a significant amount of social capital. 

Huangpu is promoting the development of its high-end consumption, new retail, and other industries, vigorously pushing for the growth of its emerging industries such as intelligent networking and new energy vehicles. 

At this promotion conference, Huangpu will offer prime plots of land that are located in major strategic areas such as China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC), Guangzhou Science City, Maritime Silk Road City, and Guangzhou International Bio-Island.
