CSGKC square to be delivered

The second phase of the square project for China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) recently passed inspections and is set to be delivered soon.

The project encompasses a total construction area of approximately 141,300 square meters, including office buildings, sub-level parking spaces, and bus stops. 

Office building No 21 is 30 floors high and is the first apartment-standard building to be completed in the square. Office building No 22 is 28 floors high and is an industrial office building that was designed and constructed to class A office building standards.

The total construction area of the first and second phases of the project is approximately 390,000 sq m, and the 246-meter-high building, which is part of the project's fourth phase, has already started construction. 

Currently, the curtain wall panels for the Knowledge Tower project have been installed up to the ninth floor. The main core of this project is set to be capped in October and will be completed in the first half of 2025.
