6 tech incubators selected in Guangzhou's Huangpu district

Sixteen units were recently designated national-level science and technology enterprise incubators for 2022 in Guangdong province, of which six are located in Huangpu district, making Huangpu the district with the highest number of selections in the province.

Science and technology enterprise incubators are science and technology entrepreneurship service organizations that aim to promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, as well as cultivate high-tech enterprises and entrepreneurs.

For newly recognized science and technology enterprise incubators, Huangpu district provides financial subsidies.

According to Huangpu's "10 Incubation Measures," a one-time bonus of 1 million yuan ($154,496), 500,000 yuan, and 250,000 yuan will be awarded to newly recognized national-level, provincial-level, as well as municipal-level science and technology enterprise incubators, respectively.
