Huangpu cooperation zone boosts development of enterprises

The Administrative Committee of the Guangzhou-Hong Kong Intelligent Manufacturing Cooperation Zone has been publicizing the advantages of Huangpu district and a series of policies in Huangpu Comprehensive Bonded Zone to enterprises, helping enterprises in the zone seize policy support opportunities. 

This year, 21 enterprises have contributed 16.4 billion yuan ($2.38 billion) in sales to the Comprehensive Bonded Zone.

The cooperation zone has actively coordinated with the local customs and tax departments to set up electronic account books when enterprises apply for the general taxpayer qualification, to realize the information sharing throughout the process.

It has coordinated mediation sessions for 13 disputes in the comprehensive bonded zone, helped bonded processing enterprises coordinate the issue of charging fees for cargo inspection yards, and saved 1.15 million yuan in annual costs for enterprises.
