Gaoxin Junheng Plaza

Gaoxin Junheng Plaza is invested in and built by Guangzhou High-tech Investment Group, which is one of the economic projects located at the enterprise headquarters in Guangzhou.

It boasts a total investment of about 2.9 billion yuan ($500 million), with the plaza covering an area of about 45,000 square meters, with a total construction area of about 200,000 sqm. It consists of three Grade A office buildings, one high-end business hotel, and a cluster of three-story commercial buildings.

It is expected to be an industrial complex integrating offices, businesses, and hotels. At present, the project has completed the acceptance work and is ready for delivery and operation.

This plaza is positioned as the auxiliary engine of the international science and technology innovation center in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. It will also serve as a demonstration area for the development of the headquarters economy, as well as the opening up of private and small and medium-sized enterprises.

It will apply new technologies like 5G, big data, and artificial intelligence, integrating green and energy-saving technologies to provide smart offices, as well as open spaces that integrate the area's ecological environment.

The No 3 office building of the plaza has been selected as one of the first batch of specialized and sophisticated SMEs industrial parks in Huangpu district.
