Service center bolsters employment in Huangpu

The plaque for the Entrepreneur Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center is unveiled in October, 2021.

The Entrepreneur Innovation and Entrepreneurship Service Center in Guangzhou's Huangpu district has made great contributions to promoting local employment.

The center has helped enterprises in Huangpu recruit a great number of high-quality talents from universities by organizing campus job fairs and inviting entrepreneurs to give lectures on campus.

"Young graduates from universities are an essential part of the talent pool of an enterprise," said the director of the center. To help enterprises hire more outstanding talents from universities, the center organizes visits to universities for entrepreneurs and human resources managers from time to time to enable face-to-face communication between teachers and students.

The center also invites successful entrepreneurs to share their entrepreneurial experience with university students online. Professors also present online lectures to introduce Huangpu's progress in reform and innovation and its talent introduction policies.

In addition, the center organizes entrepreneurs to carry out employment promotion activities through livestreaming platforms. In its first livestream, three entrepreneurs from Yunzhou Biotechnology (Guangzhou), HoldArt Culture and PIONMI Innovation & Technology served as hosts to present 100 job vacancies. A total of 7,807 university students viewed the show.
