Guangzhou's Huangpu district will add four primary and secondary schools to enroll an additional 9,000 students this year, as well as add four kindergartens to enroll 1,000 preschoolers.
Of note, the new campus of the Affiliated High School of South China Normal University in China-Singapore Guangzhou Knowledge City (CSGKC) will offer 60 classes for 3,000 senior high school students, 18 classes for 900 junior high school students, and three classes for 108 naval aviation students.

The Affiliated High School of South China Normal University will gradually relocate its entire senior high school department to the new CSGKC campus.
In addition to high schools, CSGKC has been active in bringing higher education institutions in recent years. The research institutes of Xidian University, Guangzhou University, and Guangdong University of Foreign Studies settled in the area in 2020, bringing with them more than 1,600 graduate students.
In total, CSGKC's Scientific and Educational Zone plans to bring in 14 scientific research institutions, which will team with local high-end industrial clusters to achieve scientific and technological achievement transformation in frontier areas.
