The move marked the latest endeavor by Huangpu to push forward innovative Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao integration. It had previously released trial management methods for the cross-border practices of Hong Kong and Macao construction enterprises and professionals based on the experiences of Zhuhai's Hengqin and Shenzhen's Qianhai.
The district plans to explore mutual recognition with Hong Kong and Macao construction sectors and select excellent projects to pilot the Hong Kong and Macao construction management model.
In addition, Huangpu will expand channels for exchange and cooperation with Hong Kong and Macao construction enterprises, according to an official from the local housing and urban-rural development bureau.
