Yangcheng Evening Post: Huangpu organizes series of activities to promote cyber security

A series of activities will be rolled out in Guangzhou's Huangpu district to mark the 2021 national cyber security promotion week, according to a press conference held on Oct 11.

The logo of Huangpu's cyber security was released the same day to highlight the safety, convenience and efficiency of the cyber world. With blue as the dominant color, the logo takes the shape of a plum blossom and features the pattern of the Chinese character "安," which translates to security in English, and a shield and other cyber elements.

A painting scroll that is 4 meters long and 0.5 meters wide was also released to promote the awareness of cyber security, the activities of cyber security promotion week and the achievements made by Huangpu in cyber security.

To arouse the public's awareness of cyber security, Huangpu will organize promotional activities at local university campuses, trainings in governmental departments and network attack-defense drills in State-owned enterprises.
