Guangzhou's Huangpu district released a list of the first 33 preferential policies that enterprises can enjoy without the need to apply at a news conference on March 29.
The policies cover a wide range of areas, including rewards for advanced technology, listed and headquarters enterprises, as well as supporting funding for "gazelle" (high-growth) enterprises.
At a press conference, Huangpu releases a list of the first 33 preferential policies that enterprises can enjoy without needing to apply.
Local enterprises no longer need to collect policy information, make applications and submit materials. The government will screen eligible enterprises using big data technology. The results will be made public before funding is apportioned to prevent any omissions, while a mechanism is in place to solve disputes, according to Xiong Weiguo, deputy director of the local policy research office.
Affairs that used to take 34 working days at the most can now be processed on the same day. The waiting time for enterprises has been cut by more than 97 percent.
