Yuzhu E-Park is a smart park in Guangzhou's Huangpu district that combines offices, business incubation, training and leisure areas. It is among Guangdong's first "Internet + Towns".
Built over an area of more than 40,000 square meters, the industrial park covers 25,000 sq m at the intersection of Zhongshan and Huangpu avenues. It boasts convenient transport links, with Yuzhou Metro Station just five minutes' walk away.

The industrial park also features a wide coverage of green spaces, low-density architecture and well-rounded supporting facilities including a canteen, a roadshow center, and a library.
Professional services related to industry and commerce, finance and taxation consultation, entrepreneurship training, legal consultation, and science and technology policy application are provided to more than 120 in-house enterprises, of which about 80 percent are internet-based enterprises.
Among the enterprises, there are three subsidiaries of world top 500 enterprises including Geely Holding Group, SAIC Motor and CCCC Tunnel Engineering Co Ltd, as well as 12 high-technology enterprises, 18 enterprises above designated size and three 'gazelle' companies under incubation.
In 2020, the industrial park was recognized as a Science and Technology Enterprise Incubator in Guangdong Province and an Innovation & Entrepreneurship (Incubation) Demonstration Base in Huangpu District.
